This is not a patisserie or restaurant review website – I just write about whatever piques my interest. Unless I state otherwise, any articles covering restaurants or patisseries have not been requested nor paid for by the proprietors, and so all of the opinions expressed in these articles are my own. I am not insinuating that reviewers who receive complimentary meals (and who clearly share such information with their readers) are dishonest, but just want to be clear that I have no hidden agenda regarding the promotion of any of the venues that I write about. I still have no sense of direction for this site, but suspect that the focus will shift away from food and more towards photography (of any kind). For now, I shall attempt to marry both.
